How we work
What happens on the 30-minute call?
You show us the GHL account, or describe it, and tell us what it should be doing. We ask the questions that decide the scope and tell you what we think is causing the problem.
- Screen-share the account if you can
- We point out the likely cause on the call
- No preparation needed beyond knowing the goal
What is in the scoped quote?
A written document listing what we will change, what we will not touch, the order of work, what we need from you, and a fixed price for that scope. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- Fixed price for the agreed scope
- Access we need, listed exactly
- Anything out of scope is named
How do you work inside my account?
We work with the access you grant, usually a user on the affected sub-account. We test changes with test contacts and test data before they touch real leads, and we keep a log of every change.
- Narrowest access that does the job
- Test contacts before live contacts
- A change log as we go
What do I get at handover?
A walkthrough of what changed and written notes your team can keep: what was wrong, what we changed, how to edit it, and what to watch. Everything we built stays in your account.
- Live walkthrough
- Written notes in plain English
- You can remove our access the same day
What do we need from you?
Four things, and the quote lists exactly which apply to your project.
- Access to the GHL sub-account, or the agency account for SaaS work
- Access to your domain's DNS if email or domains are involved
- Logins or exports for the platform you are leaving, for migrations
- Someone who can answer questions about how you sell
How long does it take? It depends on the scope, and every written quote includes a timeline.
- FixedForm trigger pointed at a deleted form. Re-pointed and tested with three test contacts.
- ChangedMerged two duplicate reminder workflows into one. Old version archived, not deleted.
- WatchIf you rename the consult form, update the trigger filter in 'New enquiry to booked call'.

How do you price projects?
We quote each project after a free 30-minute call. The quote lists what we will change, what we will not touch and the price, so there are no surprises.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A single fix is much quicker than a migration or a full build, and every written quote includes a timeline.
What do you need from me before you start?
Access to the relevant GHL sub-account, any connected tools such as your DNS provider or Stripe, and a person who can answer questions about how you sell.
Will I be able to manage the account after you finish?
Yes. Every project ends with a walkthrough and written notes, and everything we build stays in your account.
Do you use templates or snapshots?
Only where they fit. We build to how your business works, and we can save the result as a snapshot if you want to reuse it.
Which time zones do you work in?
We work with clients in the US, the UK, the EU and the Middle East, and calls are booked in your own time zone.
How do we communicate during a project?
By email and scheduled calls. Your quote states how and when we update you during the project.
What if something we built breaks later?
Tell us straight away. If it relates to work we did, we look at it first. Terms for fixes after handover are set out in your quote.
Tell us what is broken. We will tell you how we would fix it.
