How much does GoHighLevel cost per month?

GoHighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 a month, plus usage. Starter ($97) includes 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited ($297) adds unlimited sub-accounts and lets you rebill phone and email at cost. The $497 plan adds rebilling with markup and SaaS mode. Phone, SMS, email and some AI are charged on top from a prepaid wallet.

Every price on this page comes from HighLevel's own pricing page and help center, checked on 29 October 2026. Usage rates are US and Canada rates in US dollars. HighLevel changes prices from time to time, so check the sources at the end before you budget.

What plans does GoHighLevel offer?

HighLevel sells three self-serve plans, billed monthly, plus a custom Enterprise plan. All three include unlimited contacts, unlimited users, 24/7 support and every core feature. The differences are how many sub-accounts you get, whether you can pass usage costs to clients, and whether you can add a markup when you do.

HighLevel's own pages use more than one name for the $497 plan. The pricing cards and help center call it Founder, while the pricing page FAQ calls it the Pro plan. It is the same plan.

What is included in every plan?

Every plan includes the full set of core tools: CRM and pipelines, funnels and websites, email and SMS marketing, calendars, workflows, forms, reputation management, payments, courses, communities, the mobile app and API access. Contacts and users are unlimited on all plans, so the price does not grow as your list or team grows.

Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard, and an upgrade mid-month is charged as a prorated difference. Each plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel, and usage fees can apply during the trial.

What usage costs come on top?

Usage is paid from an agency wallet. HighLevel charges your card to load credit, deducts each phone call, text, email and AI action as it happens, and tops the wallet up automatically when it drops below your minimum balance. These are the main US and Canada rates.

Phone system (LC Phone). HighLevel says these rates match Twilio's.

Calls are billed in full minutes. US carriers add their own fees on each text, for example $0.0035 per SMS sent on AT&T and $0.0050 on Verizon.

Email system (LC Email). $0.675 per 1,000 emails on every plan. Email validation, which checks an address before you send, costs $2.50 per 1,000 checks.

What do the AI features cost?

HighLevel includes its AI assistants, such as Content AI and the funnel, email and workflow builders, at no extra cost on all agency plans, subject to fair use. AI agents, such as Conversation AI, Voice AI and Reviews AI, are paid. You either pay per use or add an AI Employee plan to each sub-account that needs one.

Phone charges still apply to Voice AI calls, even on the Unlimited AI plan. Only agencies on the $497 plan can rebill AI usage to clients.

What add-ons cost extra?

Add-ons are optional and billed monthly, most of them per sub-account that uses them. You only pay for the ones you switch on. On the $497 plan, most of them can be resold to clients with your own markup. These are the prices on HighLevel's pricing page and help center.

Which GoHighLevel plan should you choose?

Choose by how many businesses you will run inside GoHighLevel and whether you will charge clients for it. One business, or an agency with up to 3 clients, fits Starter. If you start on Starter, a fourth client means moving to Unlimited or above. The $497 plan only pays off if you will resell GoHighLevel as your own software.

• Starter, $97. One business running its own marketing, or an agency testing GHL with up to 3 clients. Usage is paid by you and cannot be rebilled.
• Unlimited, $297. An agency with 4 or more clients, or one that wants each client's phone and email costs passed through to that client at cost.
• $497 (Founder). An agency that wants to sell GoHighLevel under its own brand with SaaS mode, charge a markup on phone, email and AI, or rebill AI usage.

If you are unsure, start on the plan that fits today. An upgrade partway through the month is charged as a prorated difference. Our SaaS mode and white-label service covers the $497 setup if you go that way.

What does a typical month cost?

A single business on Starter with one local number usually pays a little over $100 a month before carrier fees. That assumes 2,000 SMS segments and 10,000 marketing emails a month. Heavy texting, Voice AI or an AI Employee plan are the items that move the bill most.

Add the one-time A2P registration and its monthly campaign fee if you text US numbers. Add $50 or $97 per sub-account if you switch on an AI Employee plan.
