SaaS mode

What is SaaS mode in GoHighLevel?
SaaS mode is a GoHighLevel agency feature that lets an agency sell sub-accounts as its own branded software. The agency sets up plans and prices, connects Stripe for subscriptions, and can rebill usage such as SMS, calls and email with a markup. As of October 2026 it is part of the Agency Pro plan.
How is it used?
- Agencies selling a ready-built CRM to a niche, such as gyms or dentists.
- Creating a new sub-account automatically when a customer signs up and pays.
- Rebilling usage costs so they do not come out of the agency's margin.
What usually goes wrong?
- SaaS mode switched on with no snapshot attached, so customers get an empty account.
- Rebilling not configured, so the agency pays for client usage.
- Trials and plan limits set up inconsistently with what the sales page promises.
